RESERVA Sales Office, a pre-fabricated architecture solution created for Quinta do Lago Real Estate to promote their real estate projects.
An architecture insert in the nature and context of Quinta do Lago within the Ria Formosa Natural Park, allowed a noble setting, adapted to the natural topography of the land, preserving the existing pines and vegetation.
With a breath-taking a panoramic view that transposes the imaginary of being inside a living room with view's to the lake and the beach on its horizon. Wood was used as the noble and prominent material, contrasting with transparencies in large glazed panels, the layout allows to receive clients in two different settings. The first is a living room/reception area and the second a dining room/meeting room, this was the concept intended to emulate a daily living inside a villa with a cosy feeling.
Built as a modular architecture solution, with 80sqm of floor area and a panoramic roof terrace was built in under 3 months, quickly executed by Jular Madeiras with their "Tree House" solution.
