Quinta da Pegada, in Tavira, is a residential development for which we have designed an urban plan encompassing and area of 26.43ha. The property is located by the EN 125, the Algarve's main road and is connected to the river Gilão towards west and the city of Tavira towards the south. This privileged location, with a very uneven topography, allows for an excellent system of views which will benefit the project and the buildings. Residential spaces, as well as trade and service areas, always connect to qualified green areas. The entire urban area is surrounded by protected areas, agriculture, forest and the aquifer system.
